There's something oddly relaxing about the pattering of the rain on your
window when you're sitting inside all cosy and warm. The howling of
wind on those dark stormy nights, weather that's meant to be foreboding,
a signal of something bad. But yet it makes you think, it makes you
feel. Personally it gives me a false sense of security. My house is
protecting me from all the bad that lies waiting outside. I feel like if
I'm in here and the bad is out there then I'm safe, and that's all
there is to it.
I've never done one of these posts before, but I thought it's about time I did. Like most of us, I'm a HUGE music fan and I wanted to share with you some albums I've been loving in the past month!
Ed Sheeran: "Sing" - This album was only released on 23rd of June this year and I am in love. I adore Ed Sheerans music and this is my favourite album of his by far. If you haven't got it yet I really really recommend it, it completes me.
Arctic Monkeys: "AM" - This was released in September of last year and I've been in love with it since. The music is very chilled and I'm generally a huge fan of them.
Bastille: "Bad Blood" - Ever since this was released in March 2013 I've barely stopped listening to it. Usually if you listen to songs too much you get bored of them, but I've not had that with any of the songs on this album. Bastille are amazing and I really really need to see them live.
Andrew Belle: "Black bear" - I think this was released in August of last year, and I've only heard it recently. A friend in college made me listen to the song 'in my veins' at the end of last year and I fell in love, then a few months ago this year I googled if he had an album, which of course he did, downloaded it and adored it. He's not a huge mainstream artist which is kinda cool, and I really hope he releases more.
So this post was kinda different but I hoped you enjoyed it, I liked writing it and I'm definitely interested in writing more like it in the future.

Considering I'm unemployed and a bit too old to receive pocket money I think I'm dreaming a tad with this wishlist but hey, you never know, right?
I am honestly in LOVE with these 2 Marvel tops from Forever 21, they are beautiful and I want to cry just looking at them, let alone owning them!
I'm terrible when it comes to my makeup routine, I can never stick with one. One day I'll be happy with a product and the next I'll be digging out a different one from my stash and using that, and then ending up switching back. However recently I appear to have settled into a nice routine, it may not be completely finished yet but we're getting there, and here it is :)
Throughout June I bought a LOT of books, so instead of doing individual hauls I thought I'd do one big one. This post may be kinda long so I apologize in advance if you're not the keenest on long hauls but I'll try and get it down as quickly as possible!
The other day I happened to be scrolling through my Facebook feed (Yes I still use it!) and I saw a lovely friend of mine (@charlottekaye) post a Summer bucketlist. I've never thought of writing a time based one, yes I have a general bucketlist, but reading hers inspired me to write my own, and here it is!
1. Have a Pizza Party
2. Go on a late night adventure around London
3. Spend a whole day watching Disney films
4. Go to Summer In The City
5. Have a bonfire with friends
6. Vlog at least 10 outings
7. Fall asleep under the stars
8. Go on a coffee date in a unique and differently style shop with a friend
9. Go to McDonalds at 1am.
10. Go to a psychic
11. Make a short film
12. Go on at least 2 photography outings
13. Visit somewhere abandoned
14. Climb to the very top of a tree
15. Have a picnic in a park
16. Finish my book
17. Be on a beach at night
18. Go out for dinner with a friend
I'm hoping to accomplish at least half of these (so at least 6), should be easy surely? Do any of you have a Summer bucketlist? Be sure to let me know, I'd love to read other peoples, it's always nice. I'm going to start motivating myself to upload here at least twice a week so follow me on bloglovin if you're interested, there's a button in my sidebar. Thanks for reading!

So while at the cinema on Wednesday I decided to pop into Claires Accessories (yes that shop is still a thing) and even though I was extremely short on money I just had to get this adorable headband, even if it does make me look like a 5 year old.
Headband: Claires Accessories
Dress: H&M
Top: Charity shop
On 4th April I turned 18 and I still can't believe it! I started the day off at college, thank god I finished early, and I then went to the cinema to see Divergent! I adore the books hugely, so I was beyond excited to see the film and it did not disappoint! The next day was the best part of my birthday as me and my friend Ewalyn were having a little birthday meetup in London as hers is on the 9th, so all our friends from other areas all came down to chill with us which was great. I stole Ewalyns Canon 600D for the day to vlog and take pictures with, so here's how it went.
We first went to Boba Jams to get some bubble tea and some other lovely food, I'm in LOVE with that place!
The food is beyond delicious and they aren't that expensive either. I go there every time I visit London without fail.

Selfies galore and a very pretty phone case.
These were taken at the same time. It's a picture of me taking a picture of someone taking a picture or me taking a picture of someone taking a picture.
A very pretty picture of a little street near Leicester Square
Me and the lovely Carrie Hope Fletcher aka Eponine in Les Mis and itswaypastmybedtime on Youtube
So overall it was a super fun day out and there will be a lovely from from the day uploaded onto my second Youtube channel at some point this evening. Hope you enjoyed!

Hi everyone! My names Beth and I write the blog MissBeautyObsession. When the lovely Amy contacted me asking if I'd like to guest post on her blog, I jumped at the chance as her blog is fab! I hope you enjoy!
A couple of weeks ago I bought the Maybelline Brow Drama in Medium Brown. I've always found filling in my brows such a task and I absolutely hate it because I can never get them exactly how I want them to be. I bought this mainly because I was hoping it would make filling in my brows a little easier and it definitely does.
I'm going to start off by saying that I personally don't think this is an 'amazing product' but if you're after something natural and fairly easy to use then I highly recommend this product. The brush combs through every hair leaving a natural even finish. It's long lasting which doesn't streak, clump or flake. The domed brush and ingenious formula makes it really easy to shape and define the brows whilst enhancing their natural colour and leaving a subtle shine. It's so easy to apply and coats them lightly with a touch of colour - nothing too serious.
The only downside I find is that if you don't use it light handedly, it will go on too thick and look too much. There's quite a lot of product in the tube so I can see it lasting quite a long time, especially as you only need the smallest amount when applying to the brows. There's not many colours in the range - I think there might be around 3 so there might not be a shade for everyone which is slightly annoying.
Overall I do recommend this product. I much prefer my Soap and Glory Brow Tint but this is great for a more affordable option. I hope you enjoyed post and make sure you check out my blog as I'd love to hear from you!
Lots of Love,

Hey guys, I've had a super busy week so I didn't have time to arrange a guest post for today, so I'll continue with that next week!
Now lets just say that my previous OOTD post was not just AGES ago, but also not very good. I can't promise this one will be that good either as it was taken with a very bad camera in very bad lighting. But hey, it'll do for now, right?

Top: Primark
Skirt: everything5pounds.com
Shoes: Select
Cardigan: Topshop
I hope you enjoyed this, these kind of posts scare me as I always get super self concious and things, but I'm trying to break out of that.

I've never thought about doing an Everyday Essentials post before, but my friend recommended it to me and it seemed like a fab idea, so I thought why not, I'll give it a go! So here is my first ever Everyday Essentials post!
Product 1: Toni and Guy sea salt spray
I hate having straight (ish) hair that flicks up at the very bottom, so this stuff is honestly a life saver. You just spray it in and crunch your hair up, then maybe fix it with a bit of hairspray and bam you're done!
Product 2: Avon Care Herbal fresh hand cream
I know we're coming to the end of the cold wintery months (well MEANT to be anyway. Typical English weather), but I would hate to live without this hand cream. It keeps my hands all soft and fresh and lovelyyy.
Product 3: So...? Kiss me body spray
It smells nice. It's cheap, and it makes me smell nice. That's all there is to it really!
Product 4: MA Pro-Base fixing mist
Spray this over your makeup in the day when you're maybe feeling a tad face heavy, or like your makeups melting and it feels so refreshing and fixes your makeup. I also love to use this if it's really hot or if I'm a tad sweaty.
Product 5: Primark hair grip thingy
When I'm in a rush or my hairs just annoying me I like to use this to just pin my hair back away from my face. It also looks pretty, BONUS!
Product 6: Nivea Essentials lip balms
I suffer with extremely dry lips so these are ace. They feel really smooth on my lips and stop them from feeling so dry and flaky and horrible.
I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know what you thought of it in the comment below and I may make another one! If there's any posts you'd like to see, you can also let me know in the comments. I hope you all have a fab week and I'll see you soon, bye!
